Produced by Américo Díaz, this lot consists of the Pacamara variety, noted for its exceptionally large bean size in this year's harvest. Processed via the traditional fully washed method (Washed), the coffee showcases high structural cleanliness and balanced organic acidity, earning a score of 86 SCA points.

The resulting cup features a creamy texture and a balanced, light flavor hierarchy rather than an aggressive intensity. The dry aroma leads with herbal notes, transitioning into a flavor profile of herbal tea integrated with the natural sweetness of tropical fruit. This core is supported by a clean acidity of yellow grapefruit and finishes with a lingering, sweet note of caramel.
